Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 skinless chicken breast halves cubed
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups Ketchup
  • 1 ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 TBLS dry mustard
  • 2 TBLS Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in pineapple juice 4-12 hours
  2. Place marinated chicken in 12” dutch oven
  3. Combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix thoroughly and pour over chicken
  5. Stir chicken so all chucks are coated with sauce
  6. Use 8 coals on bottom and 16 coals on top. Cook for 45 minutes. Turn every 15 minutes
